John Griffiths
Managing Director
John is the Managing Director of our company and currently oversees our larger projects. He has over 38 years of experience in the switchboard industry in all aspects of switchboard manufacture from industrial to commercial. He is an active member of NESMA (WA) and fully supports the regulation of the switchboard industry.
Although he is currently overseeing our larger projects, he is always willing to give advice to clients regarding their switchboard requirements. Feel free to give him a call, he's always happy to help!
Kevin Mahoney
General Manager
Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company with over 35 years in the mining and switchboard industry. He is currently our general manager in charge of production. Although Kevin is busily ensuring all our boards are built to the highest standard, he is always happy to assist our clients with any queries.
If you have any questions regarding any current projects you have in production or need some advice regarding possible future projects, Kevin is always willing to help.
Shaikh Shahdat Hossain
Senior Design Engineer
Shahdat has more than 15 years’ experience in the electrical switchboard industry. With his background in Design Engineering, he is conversant with all aspects of designing electrical switchboards.
Gus Berti
Manager - Powder Coating/Sheet Metal Division
Gus has a background in engineering and has had many years of experience in the switchboard industry, working as a project manager and also specialising in the mining sector. Currently, he is the production manager of our powder coating/sheet metal division.

Andrzej (Andre)
Draftsman / Quality Control Technician
Andrzej has completed Cert 4 instrumentation course and brings a wealth of knowledge from the commercial sector.
Andrzej has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, both in Europe and Australia. He has a background in a variety of commercial projects such as schools, hospitals and major office developments in Western Australia. He has previous experience as a project manager and since joining Arc Switchboards in 2019, he has gained further in-depth knowledge about manufacturing custom-made switchboards.
